Common questions

Does this replace my health insurance?

No. DPC covers primary care: visits, chronic disease management, basic procedures, direct access to your doctor. Most employers pair DPC with a high-deductible insurance plan for hospital and specialist care. Together, they typically cost less than traditional group health alone — with better day-to-day care.

How is this different from telehealth benefits?

DPC is a real, ongoing relationship with a local physician. Your employees know their doctor by name. Same-day visits in person or virtually. Longer appointments. Direct messaging. Telehealth-only benefits don’t replace primary care — DPC does.

What size company can do this?
